A few years ago while gathering information for a book I was writing; I developed a survey for exhibition organizers. I wanted to see if there were areas that organizers could proactively tackle to improve their relationship with exhibitors.

 

One of the questions I asked was, “What do you think exhibitors should expect from show management?”

 

Here are the eight most common answers:

 

  • Partnership;
  • Access to management’s expertise;
  • Regular communication;
  • Accurate statistics;
  • A well secured and run show;
  • Competent suppliers;
  • Encouragement and advice;
  • A realistic R.O.I.

 

It has been a couple of years since this survey. Are there items you feel we should add or subtract from the list?
