In a study conducted by the Human Resources Professional Association,  800 human resources managers reported that a significant part of their time was dealing with problems causes by bad managers.

 

Specifically they found the most common issue was inappropriate comments to employees, followed by favouritism, treating employees disrespectfully and bullying and intimidation.

This begs the question, are these issues prevalent in the exhibition industry?
