Over the past few decades the world has drawn closer because of the large number of economic unions and trade agreements such as the EEU, NAFTA, Mercusor and ASEAN. Whether these agreements are actually creating a more cohesive world is yet to be determined.

 

But while some of these groups such as EEU are experiencing economic  challenges, within the union there are countries that seem to thrive.

 

When we think about Asia, afterChina, Hong Kong andJapan, number four on the list of top-of-mind destinations isThailand.

 

 

Thailandhas become the home to many large international exhibitions primarily because it is viewed as a gateway to the rest ofAsia.

 

In a recent press release by Mrs. Supawan Terrarat, Director of Exhibition Development for TCEB,Thailandnow boasts 452,000 square meters of exhibition space and hosts 75 events.
