As the dust settles over UFI’s 79th successful congress, our thoughts are now focused on the future. This year’s theme was “Where will growth come from?” In case you were not able to attend, you missed Jochen Witt’s Annual Global Industry Review. He presented a compelling argument for growth in two key areas: emerging markets and offering additional services to customers.

UFI members can  access his presentation by going to www.ufi.org, opening the member section to download it. Even if you were there, it is well-worth seeing a second time.

His final thought deserves repeating: “Organizers focusing on innovation will grow faster and more substantially than others.”
