When Japan was hit by three disasters in a row there wasn’t a show organizer on the planet who didn’t take a moment to reflect on the question – how would I have handled it?

But one of our industry colleagues did more than stop and wonder. He was dropped in the middle of an unprecedented situation and was one of many who brought Japan back from the brink.
