When we look at the staggering number of mobile phones worldwide, we can see opportunities everywhere.
But a recent study by US based Nielsen Company revealed that the use of mobile phones differs by country and culture. For example South Korea, Australia and the UK prefer the Smartphone. Turkey and Russia prefer the basic feature phone and Brazil is the largest user of multi-media phones.
The differences also affect apps. For example in the U.K. and Brazil there is a high rate of phone usage for gaming. In the United States phones are mostly used for social media and in China there is a high use of phones for shopping.
