Increase Your Professional Skills – Attend the UFI-EMS!

The next UFI-EMS (Exhibition Management School) features faculty comprised of global industry experts and takes place February 14-24, 2022. Topics covered include: Budget and P&L, Customer Centricity & Care, Cross-Channel Exhibition Marketing, Digital Innovation, Global Business Development, Human Resources & Leadership, Agile Cross-Sales Strategies, and Strategy Creation and Development.

It’s a great opportunity to sharpen and gain new professional tools for exhibition industry members. I asked Ms. Kartina Lydiawati, MarComs Manager of PT Pamerindo Indonesia (Informa Markets), Indonesia why she signed up for the UFI-EMS and what she hopes to learn from the program.

What motivated you to sign up for the UFI EMS program?

My passion for exhibitions. I like what I do (marketing communications), truly enjoy the business vibe, and am hungry for more knowledge about this business.

What do you hope to learn during the course of study? (Full disclosure, I am one of your instructors!)

Food for thought! I hope to gain more knowledge and experience for my personal and professional life. In addition, I like the access to knowledge on a level that I haven’t had before (compared to all instructors, I’m just a baby). With the UFI-EMS, in a short amount of time, I’ll learn from various high-level instructors.

UFI-EMS graduate Diane Chen, General Manager and Member of the Board of Shenyang New World EXPO, recommends the program, saying “The UFI – Exhibition Management School was an excellent opportunity to interact and learn from the professional experts and peers from our exhibition industry. The combination of interactive online discussions coupled with team workshops enabled us to investigate issues, develop solutions and evaluate practical potential situations. We will continue to send senior management to this program. Thanks to the UFI Team!”

The UFI-EMS’s 10 interactive sessions are taught in online in English. Early bird rates end this week on Friday, December 17. They are €805.50 for UFI Members, €1,075.50 for non-members. Prices increase to €895 for UFI Members and €1,195 for non-Members after the 17th. VAT is not included in the price.

Additionally, graduates of this UCP Foundation Program receive 20 UCP credit hours towards their certification.
