The on-line Wikipedia definition for Customer Relationship Management is, “A broadly recognized, widely implemented strategy for managing and nurturing a company’s interaction with customers and sales prospects.
CRM takes on an interesting perspective from an organizer’s perspective. Show organizers sit on top of a pyramid and the effects of their CRM activities trickle down in three or four stages.
When CRM strategies are in place at the top of the pyramid, these effects are likely to be felt at the bottom. The result is an increase in end user acceptance of a new product or service which means an increased demand which translates to bigger and better exhibitions.
